This gathering creates space for candid dialogue around career growth, advocacy, and navigating opportunity in a rapidly changing investment landscape.

​This year's theme will honor the diverse pathways women take into investing—from traditional leadership roles at leading private equity and alternative asset firms to founders, operators, and cultural leaders who have transitioned into fund builders and capital allocators.
