1. Educational Purpose
The resources, materials, templates, guides, workbooks, and other content made available through the BWI Learning Library (collectively, the "Materials") are provided exclusively for general educational and informational purposes.
The Materials are intended to support financial literacy, professional development, technical skill-building, and entrepreneurial education. They are not intended to serve as a substitute for independent research, professional training, or advice from qualified professionals.
2. No Investment, Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing contained in the Materials constitutes or should be construed as investment advice, a recommendation to purchase or sell any security or financial instrument, a solicitation or offer to invest, or legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
BWI does not act as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial intermediary in connection with the provision of these educational resources.

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
Certain Materials may be developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

While BWI makes reasonable efforts to develop accurate, relevant, and useful educational resources, the Materials are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
BWI does not guarantee any particular educational, professional, investment, fundraising, or business outcome resulting from the use of its Materials.

5. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
All Materials are subject to applicable intellectual property laws. BWI retains ownership of its original content and all rights not expressly granted to purchasers.
Upon purchase, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials for personal educational purposes or, where expressly indicated, internal professional or business use.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by BWI, users may not:

— Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Materials.
— Incorporate the Materials into competing commercial educational products.
— Remove BWI branding, copyright notices, or other attribution.
— Represent BWI's original materials as their own work.
Purchase of a resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
6. Third-Party Materials
Certain Materials may reference publicly available information, third-party resources, or external tools. Such references do not constitute an endorsement by BWI.
Third-party materials remain subject to the intellectual property rights and terms of their respective owners.
7. Digital Products and Refunds
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are final once access to the purchased Materials has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable product description.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Modifications
BWI reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or replace any Materials or these Terms of Use at its discretion. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
